fits.\nAnd a quiet sense emerges: this can\u2019t continue as it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking responsibility, navigating complexity and making decisions\nhave shaped my professional path.\nStructure, analytical thinking and reliability\nhave always been part of how I work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, I have learned that external stability\ndoes not always come with inner clarity.\nTransitions
