Clarity, when you need it most
When something within you begins to shift – and you know you can’t continue as before.
I support women navigating personal or professional change to regain clarity and move forward with intention.
There are moments when…
- what once felt stable no longer holds
- decisions become unexpectedly difficult
- everything seems fine on the outside – but internally, something no longer fits
- you may sense that something needs to change – but not yet know what or how.
This is where coaching begins
- Not with quick answers. But with space to think clearly again.
In our work together, we focus on:
- organising your thoughts
- reconnecting with what matters to you
- making decisions that feel right for you
- developing a sense of inner steadiness
About me
For a long time, I learned to be strong and reliable.
At some point, it became just as important to pause – and to reflect.
I know the phases where everything appears to work from the outside, but internally, questions begin to surface. When what has carried you for years no longer quite fits. And a quiet sense emerges: this can’t continue as it is.
Taking responsibility, navigating complexity and making decisions have shaped my professional path. Structure, analytical thinking and reliability have always been part of how I work.
At the same time, I have learned that external stability does not always come with inner clarity. Transitions are rarely loud – more often they are subtle shifts that require attention.
Professional background
My experience lies in responsible roles within complex working environments. Bringing together projects, decision-making processes and different perspectives has been part of my work for many years.
This experience also shapes my approach to coaching: structured, clear and grounded in reality.
My approach
My training in systemic coaching provides the professional foundation for my work.
I work with questions, not ready-made answers. With structure, not pressure. With clarity, not quick solutions.
For me, coaching means making patterns of thinking and behaviour visible and supporting women in times of personal or professional change to make decisions that truly fit.
Perspective
I do not believe in radical reinvention at any cost. I believe in conscious steps.
Change does not require drama – it requires orientation.
I support you at your own pace – clearly, calmly and without pressure.
This work is not about changing who you are – but about understanding yourself more clearly.

What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching does not focus on a single issue in isolation. It looks at the wider context.
At roles.
At expectations.
At internal beliefs.
At what happens between people.
Because decisions are never made in isolation.
They emerge within a context – in your work environment, in relationships,
and within your own internal patterns.
Especially in times of change, it becomes clear how much external demands and internal needs can diverge.
Coaching makes these dynamics visible – and therefore open to change.
How I work
I work with questions that open new perspectives.
With shifts in perspective.
With structure.
We organise your thoughts.
We examine assumptions.
We distinguish between external expectations and your own needs.
I do not provide ready-made answers.
I offer orientation in your thinking.
The goal is not a quick solution, but clarity that is sustainable in everyday life.

Approach and responsibility
Coaching is a collaboration at eye level.
I bring structure, questions and professional guidance.
You bring your topics, your experience and your decisions.
Especially in times of change,
it is important to rebuild trust in your own decisions.
Responsibility always remains with you.
Change does not come from pressure.
It comes from clarity –
and from steps that feel right for you.

Who is systemic coaching for?
For people who:
- are facing important professional or personal decisions
- want to realign internally
- carry responsibility and want to act consciously
- sense that continuing as before no longer feels right
- seek clarity before taking the next step
Coaching is not suitable
if therapeutic or medical treatment is required.
In such cases, a different professional framework is needed.

Coaching formats
Online Coaching
Online sessions allow for flexible, location-independent collaboration.
Especially in demanding phases of life, it can be helpful to integrate coaching easily into your daily routine.
The depth of the work is the same as in-person sessions.
Walk & Coach
Conversations in movement can open up new perspectives.
Walk & Coach combines reflection with walking outdoors.
Physical movement supports the thinking process
and creates distance from familiar patterns.
This format is available only in Germany.

Working together
We begin with an initial conversation (approx. 30 minutes).
In this conversation, we clarify:
- your current situation
- your objectives
- a suitable framework for our work
Coaching can take place as an ongoing process over several sessions, or as a single session for clearly defined questions. You decide what feels right for you.
Transparency and reliability form the foundation of our work together. At the same time, there is space for flexibility — adapted to your situation.

Fees
Fees depend on the scope and format of our work together.
Details are discussed transparently during the initial conversation.
The initial conversation (approx. 30 minutes) is without obligation and offers space to clarify your situation and explore whether coaching is the right fit for you.
If you are unsure whether coaching would be helpful in your situation, this can be explored calmly during the initial conversation.
You are welcome to schedule an initial conversation.
